Why the Site was launched

Having exhausted every avenue, I have come to a dead end. More importantly, I find this is not just my experience but something which is typical. The site is thus launched in order to humiliate all those people named and the organisations concerned to bring about change. These so call 'Magistrates' appear to be there for their own self-gratification and must  be brought to account. We want your feedback and your experiences. Legal representatives and other bodies are invited to contact us with the view to putting links to this site for the benefit of other people seeking help.

Is this Justice?

Did you know there is no public body to investigate complaints of conduct within a Magistrates Court.

The Police Complaints Authority (PCA) are powerless if the Chief Superintendent of the Police Force refuses an enquiry.

What are your experiences? Have you ever tried to make a complaint against:

· Court Procedures

The following pages highlights my experiences, shows just how crass the Court Services have been and how, when I brought a case against the Court Services to recover the costs associated with their delinquent work, the  judge at Kingston County Court—District Judge Gold— was rude and uncouth  and totally unbefitting for a person in this position.

We've obviously ruffled the feathers of the District Judge Gold.  He has  been humiliated by seeing his abusive and rude behaviour in print and perhaps feels a little ashamed.

Let us have your experiences - he needs kicking out of office in my opinion. Power has gone to his head.
