How it came About

This all came about when this unscrupulous woman, Jane Worley, employed as a Traffic Warden by Hampshire Police, placed a penalty notice on my vehicle which was  legitimately displaying a Visitors Parking Permit parked right outside my Son's house.

The Cunning

From what has transpired it would seem Hampshire Police were in cahoots with their wardens to achieve Cash Driven Targets. They were prepared for a vague statement to be written on the Penalty Notice so that if you appealed they could twist the reasoning to anything in order to support the fine.

Not Even can the PCA assist!

• Before the PCA (Police Complaints Authority) can investigate a complaint, the Chief Officer of the Force must record it.
• If the Chief Officer decides not to record the complaint the PCA has no power to overrule that decision or pursue the matter.
• This raises the question was there a collusion  within the Hampshire Police?

In Court this transpired she could not read the Visitors Parking Permit!
